Autoplay doesn’t work on either one of my cdrom annd dvdr/rw?
It registers the information but it doesn’t run I check the registry and and also adjusted the properties to play with certain programs. Even when I install programs (Games) autoplay.exe don’t work I’ve been messing around with the insides like I removed my video card installed an extra hard drive and an extra rom I pulled out the motherboard and put it back in. the chip under the heat sync has a couple bent pins but the temp seams stable any help would be greatly appreciated thanx

If you right-click on the drive icon in My Computer, click on the properties, and check the AutoPlay tab, is the checkbox checked?
Update: Make sure the selected action is to auto play… Don’t know why else it wouldn’t work. Sometimes windows gets messed up over time so you could reinstall if you want.
